Read any life from a single date of birth — the numbers, the grid, the timing and the combinations — the complete Trinetra system, taught step by step.

Draw the grid
Turn the date into numbers — Basic (instinct), Destiny (direction) and the supporting digits (resources). Note what is present, doubled or absent. The grid answers who the person is.
Fix every polarity
Decide each number's condition before reading it: single = positive, repeated = negative; 4 & 8 by even/odd; 1 & 6 positive if they are the Destiny. Polarity flips the meaning — get it wrong and the whole reading drifts.
Spot the yogas
Scan for the trigger combinations, then apply the four rules: most-specific tier wins, the 9–5 yogas need 4 absent, the gate sets the face, and litigation yogas follow case/bail timing.
Place it in time
The Basic starts the Mahadasha; each MD lasts its own number of years, ascending 1→9 over a 45-year cycle. Find the running MD, then the year's Antardasha, then the Pratyantar sub-window. Dasha answers when.
Overlay era on nature
Read the running number through its birth-grid polarity. A positive number in a positive dasha switches on its bright face; a negative overlay brings friction even inside a good era. The overlap is the forecast.
Translate to life areas
Map the active numbers and yogas onto finance, career, health, marriage, education, travel and litigation — then give the timing window and the remedy. This is the sentence the client actually hears.
Foundations — numbers, grid & polarity
1.1 · What numerology reads, and from what
Vedic numerology reads a life from one unchangeable fact — the date of birth. From it we derive a few key numbers and a 3×3 grid that together describe temperament, strengths, weak spots and timing. Each of the nine single digits is tied to a planet, and because the numbers are the planets written as digits, the system agrees closely with Vedic astrology — yet needs no birth time or place, only the date.
1.2 · Calculating the core numbers
Digit-reduce means add the digits until one remains (28 → 2+8 = 10 → 1). Basic (Mūlānk / Root) = digit-reduce the day (the 17th → 1+7 = 8). Destiny (Bhāgyānk) = digit-reduce all the digits of the full date. Personal Year = day + month + this year's digits, reduced — it changes every year.
1.3 · Drawing the Vedic grid
The grid is a fixed 3×3 layout — not the Lo Shu square. The cells never move:

Which digits go in: the day digits + the month digits + the last two digits of the year + the Destiny number. Then three rules: (1) exclude the century pair (19/20); (2) exclude all zeros; (3) add the Basic number only when the day is two digits. Repeats stack in the same cell — three 1s become "111".

1.4 · Polarity — the master rule
A number's polarity is decided by its count in the birth grid:

1.5 · The overlay and the planes
On top of the fixed birth grid we overlay the running periods in colour — Birth (black), Mahadasha (red), Antardasha (blue), Pratyantar (green), Daily (orange). This shows what is active now, but it is display only: overlays never change a count or a polarity. The grid's rows, columns and diagonals form planes of the mind and life; certain three-number lines are named yogas (Module 4).
